Statement

My works often revolve around memorable scenes of personal experiences, with spaces such as toilets and houses becoming condensed story-lines. Based on my research on space and non-place as a grey area (bathroom, bathroom, bedroom, ecosystem, Club, Park, etc.), I draw complex materials to create an immersive field related to sound, smell, and nature. It shows a dissociative state of human body absence, which describes the practice of blurring queer boundaries. Interesting and unique balance between public and private.

Recently, my work explores queer-related materials and formal strategies, attempting to move away from the literal translation of subcultures and the visual overuse of physical symbols.
